ABOUT Prince Files by Bardoliwala Products

What Keeps an Office Organised?

It is rarely one big thing.

It is the small systems that work quietly in the background. A document where it should be. A record that is easy to find. A file built to be opened hundreds of times and still do its job.

That is the world Bardoliwala Products has been part of since 1971.

Based in Surat, Gujarat, India, Bardoliwala Products is a manufacturer of office filing products and the company behind the “Prince” brand. For more than five decades, we have focused on creating practical and dependable filing solutions for offices, businesses, stationery dealers and professional users.

Lever arch files are at the heart of what we manufacture, alongside a growing range of office filing products designed for everyday professional use.

Over the years, workplaces have changed. Designs have changed. Expectations have changed.

But one belief has remained constant: there is always room to make a product better.

For us, quality is not something we achieve once and leave unchanged. We continuously look at the materials we use, product strength, mechanisms, construction and everyday performance to find ways to improve. Sometimes the improvement is immediately visible. Sometimes it is a small detail. Both matter.

We also understand that every business does not need exactly the same product. Alongside our standard Prince range, Bardoliwala Products manufactures customised filing products for businesses with specific product, design, branding or organisational requirements.

Today, we continue to combine more than five decades of manufacturing experience with a modern approach to product design, quality and development.

Our goal is simple: create filing products that work well today, then keep finding ways to make them better tomorrow.

Because when everything has its place, work moves better.

“Prince. Crafted with Quality. Organised for Success.”
